June 20th, 2002The $59.2 million Housing Levy adopted by the voters in 1995 has provided a major source of funding for affordable housing in the City, particularly for low-income households. The 1995 Housing Levy ends this year. The Council had committed to putting a new Housing Levy measure on the ballot in 2002.
